RETURNS
You can initiate a return within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To begin a return, please visit outletathleticwear.com and follow the instructions provided.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for a different size or color are available. Once your return is received, a replacement item will be shipped if stock is available. For exchanges, please use the return portal at outletathleticwear.com.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please include a description of the issue when submitting your return at outletathleticwear.com. Items found defective will be replaced or refunded.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
